Before joining Apex, Bryan worked for a property management company in Southern California as a Financial Analyst. After completing his masters at the University of Oregon, Bryan came to Apex to continue his education of underwriting commercial properties. Having acquired his Oregon Real Estate License, Bryan plans to use his skills in financial analysis to help investors find assets that fit their needs.

Bryan’s methodical approach to analyzing commercial assets ensures each scenario is carefully considered. Utilizing the knowledge from his studies allows him to quickly assess the viability of an investment or disposition for his clients. He is skilled at gathering the necessary information and summarizing it in a way that makes sense to both experienced and novice investors.
